Yes. You and those who receive your gift plants must be thrilled. Ecolage plants are guaranteed to be healthy, true to name, and arrive safely. Should our plants fall short of your expectations upon arrival, we'll restore your confidence with either an appropriate replacement or a full refund whichever you prefer.
Are plants with no price for sale?
Sorry, but these plants are not available at this time. Stay tuned for future plant availability.
Do you offer a service that will help me find a particular plant?
Sorry, but we are unable to provide this service at this time. However, we do provide a gardening links page that's a great place to start. We also suggest searching www.google.com, www.msn.com, and www.yahoo.com.
What size plants do you ship compared to other mail order nurseries?
We ship large plants in 1-5 gallon containers that tend to weigh more. Many of our plants are 3-4' tall! Plants that can ship in 12"x12"x36" box, or smaller, are shipped "Actual Weight" by UPS. Plants that require a 12"x12"x48" are shipped by "Dimensional Weight".
