What size plants do you ship compared to other mail order nurseries?
We ship large plants in 1-5 gallon-sized containers that tend to weigh more. Many of our plants are 3-4'! Plants that can ship in 12"x12"x36" box or smaller are shipped by "Actual Weight" by UPS. Plants that require a 12"x12"x48" are shipped by "Dimensional Weight".

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
You and those who receive your gift plants must be thrilled. Ecolage plants are guaranteed to be healthy, true to name, and arrive safely.
